Pancakes, football, and motorcycles filled the Los Angeles Harley-Davidson parking lot located at 2635 W Orangethorpe Ave, Fullerton, CA 92833. Standing United and Take Back the Neighborhood have partnered together to throw the very first annual Pancake Breakfast with the Rams, Sports Giveaways and A Ride!

Saturday, March 9th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the city of Fullerton, came together to support a great cause. The event was the first of its kind and had a fantastic turnout. Hundreds of people enjoyed fluffy hot pancakes, coffee, and orange juice while being able to experience famous former NFL like Rams players Ron Brown, Leroy Irvin, Chris Hale From the Buffalo Bills and Sherman Cocroft from the K.C. Chiefs.

"Over 400 pancakes were eaten", according to Standing United Founder Danny Lansdale.

Many families made their way over to the nearby Hooters to enter the multiple giveaways for a chance to win a signed football or a Harley Davidson motorcycle. All while music from the band Lou Lagoon filled the air.

All the proceeds and profits will benefit Take Back the Neighborhood and Standing United to help homelessness and people battling drug addictions.

Standing United personally gives thanks to The Los Angeles Harley-Davidson of Fullerton California for hosting the event on their property along with providing fantastic support. Other companies including Rockstar and Bootleggers to mention a few, also came out and showed their support.

“Standing United” is a non-profit organization serving people who suffer from addiction and homelessness reintegrate into society and become honorable citizens in their communities. Standing United is made up of experts and numerous volunteers who work countless hours to guide people out of their darkest moments and into the light of a new day and a new life.

Their main goals are to advocate for the homeless and addicted population, who are often misunderstood while promoting compassion for those who have hit rock bottom and unite the community to help them get back on their feet.

Take Back the Neighborhood is also a non-profit organization that supports young scholar-athletes, giving them leadership training in athletics, academic, and life skills. At their programs, players get all the football they could want. Their coaching staff offers each player an enormous amount of encouragement and enthusiasm. "We encourage them to go home a more positive, optimistic person,” states the website of Take Back the Neighborhood

Standing United not too long ago partnered with Tyson Ranch and collaborated to put on the very first marijuana influenced festival that also donated profits to their agency’s cause.

The one day, pop-up event featured acts like Miguel, Ferg, Starcrawler, Reese Laflare, D.I.E., All My Friends Hated Me and opened its gates to all ages. The KIND MUSIC FESTIVAL marked the first event at the Tyson Ranch Resorts, a new 420-acre Desert Hot Springs, CA entertainment facility, luxury glamping resort, and cannabis research & design facility created and owned by Mike Tyson.

The L.A. Rams and Standing United thank everyone who showed their support, the amount of love that was shared over the weekend was felt throughout the city. If people continue to come together and celebrate the gift of giving, then the road to recovery for people struggling will become a reality and possibility.

Please visit www.standingunited.com for more information on their cause and upcoming events. They are proud to announce their upcoming events in relationship with Tyson Ranch and hope to bring more awareness and eliminate the negative stigma, homelessness, and drug addictions have within today’s society.
