In addition to the set menu, customers can choose ingredient combinations to design their own crepes. Crepes can be split and wrapped to go upon request.
Crepes a la Cart Kitchen began as a street food cart in 2000 that expanded to 2 stalls in Breckenridge and Silverthorne. The company subsequently opened its kitchen premises with expanded cooking equipment and indoor and sidewalk seating.
