D1 was began over 17 years ago by Will Bartholomew. Will played with Peyton Manning at the University of Tennessee and became the Captain of their National Championship team. However he suffered a career ending injury and could not find a place to allow him to truly rehab and train. He then started the D1 journey which now offers over 30 training facilities.
D1 are now offering high intensity training (HIIT) classes at their facility in Colorado Springs. The classes, which are ideal for professionals and busy moms, are an excellent way to build and maintain fitness. They use short bursts of intense cardio exercises to really work out the body and get the heart pumping.
The team at D1 believe in training the whole body as a unit to produce optimal performance. They don’t believe in fads or gimmicks and only use trusted and proven training techniques that are used by the best athletes in the world.
They take these training techniques and package them into age-appropriate programs for their clients. Each program is led by their team of highly trained and expert coaches.
