Following the announcement, brands can design their own pillows using Pilloo’s online design tool. To start, they simply choose the products they want to be branded and then upload their designs to the tool. Pilloo’s design team will then generate a mockup for the brand so they can get an idea of what the pillow will look like. Once approved, the brand can submit its order.
The shells of Pilloo’s custom pillows are made using a combination of polyester and soft velvet, while the filling is high-quality stuffing material. The pillows are all handcrafted by Pilloo’s design team, which cuts, sews, and prints each pillow individually from their Montreal studio.
For printing, Pilloo uses an advanced sublimation technique where the designs are transferred onto the pillows using inks and heat. This method produces designs that are much clearer and last longer than traditional printing techniques. The inks and resins that they use are also non-toxic and eco-friendly, so the pillows don’t present any harm to children or pets.
Because the prints are vivid and bold, the pillows are ideal for businesses that want to showcase their logos and promote their brand. In addition to the promotional benefits of the pillows, they are also hypoallergenic and anti-microbial, so they can be used at many different events without putting attendees at risk.
