Dad turns to Leving firm to get son back

Chicago, Sep 1, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving Ltd., a firm that concentrates on family law and which has made its reputation advocating for Fathers' Rights, helped a loving father going through a breakup get his son back.
Attorney Jeffery M. Leving, the founder and president of the firm, will talk about the case, modified for broadcast, on the Dads Rights Legal Hour, 9-10 a.m. CDT on Saturday, Sept. 5, on Power 92.3 FM in Chicago.
The client and the mother of his child separated, and, according to court documents, she took their elementary school-age son and moved over 100 miles away. The Leving legal team went to court and asked the judge to order the child returned to his father. They won, and the boy was reunited with his father and settled back into the only home he has ever known. In addition, the judge ordered that the boy will continue to attend the school he's accustomed to, in his father's school district. This dad is overjoyed to have his son back.
"We continue to see situations where a relationship is dissolving, and the mother thinks she can just walk away with the kids, leaving dad discarded and dismissed," Leving says. "It's not true, and fathers don't have to stand for it. I'm glad we got this dad such a good result."
Leving offers encouragement to men whose children are taken away: "If you broke up with your children's mother, and she took the kids to live with her, or kicked you out and kept the kids, you do not have to accept having limited or no access to your children," he says. "They need your support in their lives. They need a good father. Fathers are important, and fathers are parents too. If you want parenting time or outright custody, contact me. I'll fight for your rights. I wrote How to be a Good Divorced Dad for a reason."
Leving also asks listeners for their input via social media on the issues, problems and concerns that they want to hear about on the radio each week. He's launching Feedback Tuesday: The plan is to gather comments and tailor the show's content to the listeners' needs.
