Emily Hartstone, MBA, CDE, CNE, CNC, PCA, has spent her career assisting organizations and inspiring professionals to live up to their prospective financial achievement objectives. Emily began her career as an event and sales director for various prominent firms. She organized the first-ever conference for a Fortune 500 fitness firm and managed their yearly summit and worldwide conference. Emily progressed up the ranks via her hard work and devotion, and she was soon granted the job of Director of Events at Magellan Management, a firm mainly focused on non-profit and trade organizations, in 2016. Emily transformed it into a full-service management and events firm over the following three years, overseeing operations and commercial growth and contributing to the establishment and implementation of strategic objectives. Her efforts received industry recognition, and she was elevated to vice president in 2020 after completing her NANOE CNE, CDE, and CNC qualifications.

Emily took the leap of faith into entrepreneurship in 2022 after working in corporate America for a decade and founded From the Hart Management, LLC, a multi-level association and business management organization focusing on events, sales, and marketing. The company's objective is straightforward: analyze, identify, advise, and execute. The team, made up of award-winning strategists, marketers, analysts, accountants, planners, and advocates, provides services such as association management, business and marketing consulting, and event management.

Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Hartstone has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her accomplishments. This year she will be considered for IAOTP's Empowered Woman Award and to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. Emily will be honored at IAOTP's annual awards gala being held at the NYC Plaza Hotel this December. Aside from her successful career, Emily has had to overcome and deal with many struggles with her health. She was diagnosed with Leukemia and Graves Disease, which has caused her a great deal of physical, and emotional pain, and repeated operations that took a toll on her. She wanted to be a light of hope for others in similar circumstances, so she founded the EmPOWERThePATIENTS Foundation. Her mission is to finance scientific research and work toward curing the underlying causes of chronic and uncommon illnesses, as well as to create a top resource and support group for such sufferers. She was also named a Connect Association 40 Under 40 Honoree in 2019 for her humanitarian efforts.
