In terms of breastfeeding, although the provisions on Preventive Services would remain in most plans, those newly insured might not be able to have the same access to breastfeeding benefits like free breast pumps or lactation supports.

In addition, under the PPACA, health insurance companies need to cover breastfeeding support and supplies without cost-sharing or co-payment.
