March 02, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Lyerla Heating & Air is a well-known commercial and industrial HVAC services provider that serves Joplin, Southwest Missouri, and beyond. They try to not be a standard ‘run of the mill’ service company and proof of that is in the unique preventative maintenance agreements that they offer their customers. Those at the company refer to these agreements as their Lyerla Comfort Club Agreements. So far these preventative maintenance agreements have been very well received by those that have taken advantage of them.
Company President, Kevin Brady, had this to say about why they offer these unique preventative maintenance agreements to their heating and air customers, “It goes without saying that home HVAC systems are usually the most expensive appliance in any house. As such, it’s an investment you want to protect as much as possible. That means it absolutely must have maintenance steps performed on it regularly. Our Lyerla Comfort Club Agreements give our customers the peace of mind they need that their HVAC systems will be kept running at peak efficiency and that many minor problems can be caught and resolved before they turn into bigger and more expensive ones. Our preventative maintenance agreement is also very cost-effective for all that a customer gets from it.”
Brady says that some of the benefits that come with their yearly maintenance agreements include both spring and fall pre-season precision inspection and professional cleaning appointments. He says that Lyerla Comfort Club members will also be given priority treatment if they ever do have a problem with their HVAC system. During these repair calls, preventative maintenance agreement holders will also receive a 10% discount on any parts that are installed. Brady says that Lyerla Comfort Club members will also get $100 in Loyalty Bucks that will accrue annually and can be put towards the purchase of a completely new HVAC system, this benefit maxes out at $500.
The president of this heating and air Joplin MO company also pointed out that many other intangibles come with their preventative maintenance agreements. The most important of which is energy cost savings. He says HVAC systems that are cleaned regularly are known to burn energy much more efficiently which helps lower monthly power bills. When a customer has their HVAC regularly maintained it also tends to extend that system's useful life and make it a safer heating and cooling system too.
The company’s services are not just limited to performing yearly maintenance functions either. They have been providing reliable commercial heating and cooling installation and repair services since 2001. Brady says they are experts at designing HVAC systems for both large and small size commercial properties. He says their skilled and experienced service techs also do a great job at keeping even the oldest commercial central heating and air systems up and running. The company also helps Joplin area businesses out with other HVAC related services such as heating and cooling system designs for new construction projects, installing energy management equipment, building industrial ventilation systems, and helping businesses control the humidity inside of their buildings.
Lyerla Heating & Air has been known to receive high ratings from those that have used their services too. Here is an example of that in a 5-star review written by Alan Smith that says, “Very punctual. Each time I had an appointment they were there right on time. Everyone from Lance, Wes, and the installers were very polite and professional. I am very pleased with the job they did.”
Brady says they always welcome inquiries about their many different commercial and industrial HVAC services. He says they are happy to answer any questions someone has by phone or email and he added the companies website which can be seen at https://www.lyerlaheatingandair.com/ is full of useful information on their services. Anyone who goes to their website can also see the wide variety of financing companies that Lyerla Heating & Air works closely with and they can read some helpful HVAC relate blogs on their website too.

Johan Famaey is considered the only professional yangqin player in Belgium. When he returned to Belgium from Qingdao, China, in 2009, most people in his home country had never heard of the instrument and knew little about Chinese culture. The 47-year-old musician, who is primarily a pianist, performs with a yangqin in Belgium and beyond, showcasing both Western and Eastern music traditions in his compositions. “Whether it’s a piano, whether it’s a yangqin, we all have this in common that we try...

Earlier this month, shoppers on Yoox could snap up suede Brunello Cucinelli trainers for €617 (US$700), around half the price on the brand’s official website. The e-commerce website sold one for less than €200, or 60 per cent off its original price. Overall, some 2,500 products from the three labels were available, heavily discounted. Compare that number to 2013, when there were only 217 such procedures logged.
Osaka, the third largest city in Japan, lacks the charm of Tokyo or the historic appeal of nearby Kyoto. Home to Kansai International Airport, Osaka is often a jumping-off point for more popular nearby destinations such as Kyoto, Nara and Kanazawa, all a short train ride away. While Osaka is not the typical tourist town with must-visit attractions like temples, shrines and museums, it’s still a great place to hang out and spend a couple of days to enjoy local specialities such as okonomiyaki and...

Global tourism is entering a new era of strategic choices. The industry is still generating economic growth, but geopolitical instability, climate pressures, investment challenges and technological disruption are testing its long-term competitiveness. The numbers reveal a paradox. According to the World Economic Forum’s Travel & Tourism Development Index 2026, 92% of the 110 economies assessed have improved their conditions for tourism development since 2024. The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) forecasts a US$12 trillion contribution to the global economy in 2026, supporting around 376 million jobs.
“I think about quitting all the time,” says Jordan Leung, known to his Instagram followers as @69ranch. As one of Hong Kong’s most prominent stand-up comedians to emerge in recent years, Leung’s pessimism is surprising. “I don’t wanna make social media content,” the 33-year-old admits. “Now I’m just fixated on likes and stuff … I don’t know how much longer I can do this.” Sitting directly across the table from him, it is not always easy to tell when Leung is being sincere or performing his...
