HokuApps built a custom solution for Liberty Industrial Group and its clients. Projects and scaffolds are actively managed and tracked via their portal and mobile apps. The solution maintains an inventory of materials used for scaffolding and provides real-time tracking of parts available at the storehouse and various yards. Warehouse managers can carry out material transfers effectively across multiple yards and store-houses.
The mobile apps allow clients to request for new scaffolds for their existing projects. Liberty Group’s staff can carry out inspection checks of these scaffolds via the apps. Safety-related functions are also built into the app, to ensure that safety protocols are followed. Employee safety audits, job Safety checks and truck Inspections can also be carried out periodically via the apps.
Task time tracking features are provided in the app to record and track hours utilized for erecting, modifying and dismantling a scaffold. The solution is actively used to generate and print productivity reports, track material and man-hours and keep key performance indicators like utilization percentage, in check.
