Motivosity is back and better than ever! It is thrilling to announce the repeat wins of Best Leadership Team and Best Career Growth awards. Also getting added to the collection is Best CEO for Women--awarded to their very own, Scott Johnson.
Comparably awards are especially important to the team at Motivosity because Comparably's data comes straight from the source; employees! Comparably sends anonymous surveys to company employees gathering feedback on leadership teams, company culture, and overall company sentiment. One employee said, "The leadership team at Motivosity cares just as much about your personal development and success as the success of the overall company. The true sense of community and energy on a daily basis is unlike anything I've seen in my professional career."
Leadership Team survey questions range from approval ratings for the CEO, executive leadership team, and direct managers, while the Career Growth award is based on questions about professional development opportunities at the company. The ratings are anonymously reported on Comparably.com during a 12-month period from June 23, 2021, through June 23, 2022.
Scott Johnson, Founder, and CEO of Motivosity, commented by saying, "What sets Motivosity apart is the immense amount of positivity flowing through our business. It's contagious. Focusing on 'helping people be happier about being at work,' starts with our own employees." Motivosity's philosophy and product are focused on helping teams connect in-person and remote teams, recognize and reward their employees, improve manager relationships, and make company values more than just a slogan on the wall. Winning both Best Leadership Teams and Best Company Career Growth is resounding proof of those values working on a deeper level than just office decor.
The mission at Motivosity is to make people happier at work! That would be impossible without the Motivosity team. That's why Comparably awards are so important, they represent an internal measure of what Motivosity hopes to help every organization achieve through gratitude and connectedness.

When 73-year-old Rosemina Hamzah stepped up to the hex bar at Singapore’s Mbold Seniors Hex Bar Deadlift Challenge in August, she was not just attempting her first deadlift competition – she was rewriting what ageing looks like. Latching onto 67.5kg (149lbs), more than her own body weight of 64kg, the novice lifter pulled it with ease – a personal best to win her category. It was a remarkable feat for a woman who, just over a year ago, could hardly walk and was constantly in pain. Before August...

Florals don’t have to mean full bloom. For spring/summer 2027, Shiatzy Chen takes the orchid but looks beyond its purely decorative appeal to the proportions, movement and resilience of the plant. Presented at Paris Fashion Week on October 5, the new collection translates that botanical inspiration into a thoughtful line-up where fluidity and structure come together. The season forms part of the house’s year-long exploration of the Four Gentlemen of Eastern culture. Following on from the Resort...
One of Hong Kong’s most prominent architects and interior designers, Steve Leung has been in the business for four decades and counting. London-based private members’ wine club 67 Pall Mall is scheduled to open its first mainland China outpost in December, in Shanghai’s former French Concession. Founder Grant Ashton says the move reflects a global shift away from spirits – which can reach 40 per cent alcohol by volume (ABV) – towards wine, typically 12 to 14 per cent ABV. “Wine is halfway down to zero,” he says, mapping out the spectrum from spirits to non-alcoholic drinks. “If you’re starting from spirits, wine is your sweet...

Considering the number of tourists who visit every year, there aren’t many luxury hotels on Thailand’s Phi Phi Islands, possibly the result of stringent measures put in place in recent years to prevent overtourism. Outrigger Phi Phi Island Resort is thus a welcome new addition to the scene. Located on the northern tip of Phi Phi Don Island, the main island in the Phi Phi archipelago, this laid-back, unpretentious resort sits on the quiet shores of Laem Tong Beach, within a protected national...
Pope Leo XIV had a cancerous growth removed from his right lung in a 90-minute operation on Tuesday and "woke up normally" after the procedure, the Vatican said. A Vatican source said further tests were being carried out to determine if the cancer had spread. "To ensure the procedure was radical, the lower lobe of the right lung was removed," the Vatican said in a statement. FRANCE 24's Seema Gupta reports from Rome.
