According to research, group exercise has many physical and psychological benefits. In particular, it is shown to improve accountability, increase motivation, and accelerate physical progress. Created around these benefits, the newly available classes at PrimalThenics allow members to make friends while enhancing physical performance and establishing a regular exercise routine.
The studio offers five different classes: pliability, hunter, combat, warrior, and cold, each combining strength-based workouts, functional fitness routines, and cardiovascular exercises that help participants build muscle, burn calories, and improve their stamina. The sessions allow participants to create strong bodies that are equipped for the demands of modern life.
A typical session will include warm-up and cool-down sections, as well as stretches, movement drills, mobility movements, and high-intensity challenges. The classes are suitable for all abilities but are designed to be challenging.
To attend a class, interested parties should choose a membership option to become either a casual, platinum, or 10-pass member. Once enrolled, members can book exercise sessions via the PrimalThenics app.
Commenting on the benefits of group exercise, a spokesperson says, “We've all been there - Staring into the mirror, feeling sluggish rather than fit. Embarking on a new fitness journey can be scary but it is less intimidating when you exercise with others. Our small group classes include in-depth coaching so you can foster strength and resilience while making friends. Our approach is radically different. We offer a tried and tested methodology that instils confidence and restores your physical prowess.”

Halloween in Europe does not have to mean flying to one of the usual capitals. Some of the most atmospheric — and unsettling — stories are found in smaller historic cities and towns, where medieval streets, old legends and genuinely macabre landmarks are still part of the landscape.

Paddy Ma Wendi, a director of vertical dramas since 2023, has had a front-row seat to how fast and hard artificial intelligence has affected the mobile-first entertainment genre in 2026. Digital content farms have started churning out short productions – serialised stories made for smartphones and usually watched in portrait mode – using the latest AI technology. “When I was in the US [for a live-action vertical drama], I usually hired about 20 to 30 people, including the actors,” says Ma, who...
