Jaipur, Rajasthan Aug 3, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Jaipur-based startup NLET Initiatives LLP offers complete school management software, started by entrepreneur Mayank Jain in September 2017.
However, founder Mayank Jain saw a larger issue in the field of school instruction that needed to be addressed.
With NLET School Management Software, NLET assisted large schools and coaching centers go online. The product quickly grew to over 50 paying clients.
According to Mayank's analysis, "India has 4.25 lakh budget schools in Tier-II+ cities." Over 95% of these schools do not utilise any technology and manually handle all of their data. The reasons for this range from the complexity of existing solutions to ineffective pricing and a negative user experience. This results in a loss of 500 million working hours for these school owners each year."
It is a straightforward, inexpensive, and all-in-one solution that enables budget schools to go on their digital transformation path and automate their most fundamental operations, therefore saving significant expenses, time, and personnel.
"Our programme enables schools to manage all of these activities centrally, saving valuable time. We have also tackled concerns such as fee management, online examination, human resource management, payroll preparation, and library computerization over time," adds Mayank Jain, co-founder of NLET.
The company now offers a range of school-focused products, including School ERP software, School management software, pre-school management software, and management apps.
"Today, our solution satisfies an institute's academic, administrative, financial, and communication demands through the use of more than 50 modules," Mayank explains.
Relationships and referrals were critical components of the founders' first journey. Many schools and managements were confident when they began since they were previously involved in IT Industry.
The "NLET Initiatives LLP" School ERP software, which is available in three variants, assists schools in managing all administrative activities, such as student and staff information, attendance, fees, test and result administration, and transportation and GPS. The school management system facilitates the exchange of data between principals, administration, teachers, and parents.
Apart from handling all administrative responsibilities, the pre-school administration software also tracks child growth and encourages parent participation.
The school management software, which leverage machine learning and data analytics, facilitate collaboration among all stakeholders, exchange information, provide notifications, and keep a child's growth in focus. This software provides the principal with a consolidated picture of the school's operations, encompassing everything from classroom material to attendance and payroll data.
"For the first few years, our approach was entirely focused on school administration. Gradually, the educational system began to change; teachers and parents became significant players as well. However, the business remained B2B," Mayank explains.
NLET School ERP is a customised solution for K-12 institutions. It includes over 50 modules that address all of a school's administrative needs. Additionally, the firm has released an off-the-shelf solution, NLET School, which is a non-customizable, cloud-based solution designed for economy or mainstream schools that do not require much customization.
"Our ERP system is completely linked with a school's academic, administrative, and financial demands. The portal or mobile app communication enables all essential outcomes to be delivered to users," Mayank explains.
NLET Initiatives LLP is also recognized under the start-up India and iStart Rajasthan Program.

Since the Shaw Prize was first presented in 2004, the prestigious annual awards have been presented in three categories: astronomy, life science and medicine, and mathematical sciences. A fourth category – computer science – was announced earlier this year in a move that is fully in keeping with the original vision of Run Run Shaw, the late Hong Kong film mogul and legendary philanthropist, who set everything in motion. His intention was to recognise the quest for knowledge and honour...

The appeal of a good knit is often immediate, from the softness against the skin to the reassuring volume and warmth. At 45R, those qualities begin well before a garment takes shape. The Japanese label’s latest selection puts the making process in focus, bringing together airy merino, characterful Shetland wool and the flecked textures of Donegal tweed. Founded in Tokyo in 1977, 45R approaches clothing through monozukuri, or the “art of making”, a philosophy centred on respect for craft and...

Colton Hood, then a Tennessee cornerback, now on the New York Giants’ roster, rocked up in a cobalt-blue jacket that, when opened, revealed a swathe of family photographs across the lining, chronicling his...

At 22, Luca Yang was running a small teaching company in New Zealand after quitting a six-figure finance job that he hated. It had humble beginnings, where he tutored English online for A$25 (US$17.55) per hour just to get by. When one of his students got into Oxford, word spread: one student became 50, then 500. By most measures, he had already won the start-up lottery. “It was producing a lot of money, but it wasn’t something I actually loved doing,” says Yang, who was born and raised in...
