Seeing the current market situation, 99home has introduced Home Seller Protection to its client for the Combo and High Street package (£499/£999).
From March 15th to July 15th, 99home had more than 100 sales fall through which definitely cost vendors as well as buyers in terms of mortgage fee, search fee etc.

Now, 99home is adding Home seller protection to all of it's Combo and High Street clients which means they can sell property with more confidence.
The cover is provided for solicitors' fees and disbursements that cannot be recovered in the event that:
- The buyer has an adverse search on the property, which either restricts or is detrimental to a successful transaction
- The buyer's mortgage lender values the property at less than the amount offered by the buyer
- Structural defects are identified in the property and the cost of rectification work exceeds 10% of the amount offered by the buyer
- The buyer is diagnosed with a terminal illness, dies, or is given notice of redundancy or relocation, and is unable or unwilling to continue with the purchase
