Park City, Utah-based artist Ryan Glassman has launched a new collection of colorful oil and acrylic original paintings and glicée digital prints. He was inspired to paint after suffering a traumatic brain injury.

Park City, Utah-based artist Ryan Glassman has launched a collection of original animal portraits and landscape acrylic and oil paintings. Giclée fine art digital prints are available to order online and original pieces are available in galleries around the city.

Art is a powerful form of therapy and Ryan Glassman experienced this firsthand after he suffered a traumatic brain injury. After his injury he was inspired to start painting to portray the visions and dreams he started to experience. He invites people to join him on his journey and thanks everyone who has inspired and supporting him so far.
His portfolio includes original animal portraits including abstract and colorful depictions of bulls, horses, elephants, owls and lions. His work also includes colorful, abstract landscapes, inspired by his life in Utah.
Ryan’s recently launched collection includes several hand painted originals. All of his works are one-off pieces that are also available in giclée (fine art digital) prints. For his original work, he uses oil and acrylic paints as well as pastel Prisma colors. He likes to experiment with different techniques to produce unique artwork that provides value and impact to the owner and others.
He has recently added three new pieces to his online collection; titled Buena Vista Owl, Sun Lion and Budded on Earth. The Buena Vista Owl painting was inspire by an owl that landed next to hum on a hilltop when he was spending the night in the mountains in Northern Utah.
The Sun Lion is one of Ryan’s favorite pieces and depicts the sun rising behind a calm, watchful lion, representing the presence of calm, majesty and renewal. The Budded on Earth piece is a Native American inspired piece and is the newest addition to the collection, just released on August 27th, 2018.
