In the midst of the preparation, QMIS TBS's top management team managed to take time out to pay a courtesy visit to Nasdaq's Asia Pacific branch office in Singapore. The top management, led by Mr. Ong Kar Yee and Dato' Sri Ting Teck Sheng, were greeted by Mr. Hiren Krishnani, the Investor Relations and IPO Director, and had a very fruitful discussion together. Mr. Hiren was especially excited to greet another Malaysian-based company aiming for listing at Nasdaq and gave a few pointers on what Nasdaq is looking for in companies seeking a listing on their platform. QMIS TBS would like to thank Mr. Hiren for his warm welcome and look forward to completing their listing exercise by the second quarter of this year.
Meanwhile, QMIS TBS has confirmed the appointment of Pacific Century Securities as their lead underwriter. Pacific Century Securities have given their firm commitment to bring QMIS TBS to Nasdaq. Pacific Century Securities will be assisted by Spartan Capital Securities as the co-underwriter.
