The launch of this line of attractive face masks was prompted as mask-wearing has recently become the new normal in this time of the coronavirus pandemic. Each face mask is comprised of two layers: a liner that is made of cotton-poly fabric and the outside which is a quilt hand-painted cotton covering. All masks have elastic ear loops and a nose wire, and are hand-crafted, washable and reusable. They come in two sizes – adults and children.
So Free Creations has added a new face mask category on its website giving detailed information about this stylish line of face masks. The category displays vivid pictures of masks in women’s, men’s, unisex, and children’s models.
These made in the USA masks are handmade in San Diego, California, and are available for international shipping.
Each mask features a filter pocket that allows a carbon filter PM2.5, tissue, paper towel, or a baby wipe to be inserted. The filter pocket is located on the front of the mask around the nose area. Wearers may either roll or zig-zag fold the filter of their choice and insert it through the slit. Once in place one can expand it using their fingers. The wearer may then change the filter as often as indicated by the manufacturer.
These attractive masks can protect the mouth and nose from small particles in the air, automobile exhaust and other pollutants. They are not Medical-Grade devices. However, one can choose to boost the protection value by inserting any kind of medical filters that is deemed appropriate.
Robert Morrison, a recent customer reviewed the masks, wrote: “These are great face masks, and just as described. They’re easy to care for and great quality. I’m very pleased and I highly recommend.”

Chinatown was also home to Charlie’s Meat and Seafood, a white-tiled butcher shop that opened in 1971. Inside was a glass display case filled with cuts of meat. On the...

In 1986, a strange coincidence occurred in Hollywood. Despite the industry having previously shown little interest in the subject, two major Chinese-themed fantasy films were released in the same year: John Carpenter’s Big Trouble in Little China and the Eddie Murphy vehicle The Golden Child. Ever the cynic, Carpenter refused to believe in serendipity. “How many adventure pictures dealing with Chinese mysticism have been released by the major studios in the past 20 years?” he asked Starlog...

Every fortnight in Walthamstow, East London, a sign with a hand-painted goldfish pointing towards a kitchen window appears on the side of a residential building: “Lucky Yu Bakery pick up”.
