San Marcos Roofing Expert Installs New Roof For San Marcos Academy
Sep 8, 2021
September 08, 2021 - /PressAdvantage/ - TX based New Braunfels Roofing - Cool Roofs Inc. is pleased to bring their community’s attention to a recent project they completed for an educational institution in San Marcos, TX. Cool Roofs, which had previously expanded their operations to serve residential and commercial customers in San Marcos, was honored to put their roofing and construction expertise at the disposal of their local community. Today, they highlight the results of this project to encourage other community members to seek the company’s professional roofing expertise for their next project.
The institution in question is San Marcos Academy, whose staff were already familiar with the high quality of Cool Roofs work and the single-minded commitment they bring to every task. As such, the school entrusted the company with the construction of a roof for the new development of Davidson Hall, located in the heart of San Marco. The San Marco Academy project was led by general contractor Scott Thompson of the S.B. Thompson Group.
According to Cool Roofs, the company was contracted to install much more than the roofing portion alone (although this may represent the most important part of their contribution). They also installed the parapet walls, gutters and metal siding around the exterior of the building. Cool Roofs states that their team installed 10,300 sq. ft. of .24 gauge standing seam commercial metal roofing system, the material for which was provided by Quality Metals, another company that is also based in New Braunfels.
A roof is a vital part of any inhabited structure, be it a home, office or school, and the company asserts that their team takes the responsibility of building each roof extremely seriously. Cool Roofs employs a two pronged approach in every job, utilizing both the most knowledgeable and experienced contractors as well as the best materials available on the market. While the latter ensures that every roof they build is made to endure the passage of time as well as the elements, the use of expert hands ensures that these materials are deployed in the most efficient and valuable manner possible. As such, customers can expect a roof built by Cool Roofs to measure up to the highest standards of construction possible.
Customer service is also an essential part of the company’s services, and they go out of their way to make sure every customer is getting the roof they want. While many might assume a roof has to be restricted to a bland, practical structure, Cool Roofs asserts that a well made roof can fulfil both a constructive and aesthetic purpose. The company has worked with customers who requested everything from a relatively simple rooftop terrace to including a comprehensive and beautifully designed garden. Whatever a customer wants, the Cool Roofs team is always pleased to hear them out and then develop a plan to bring their vision to life.
Customer reviews serve to illustrate how successful the roofing company is at this aspect of their business. James Matheson shares in their Google review, “Awesome roofing service, especially during these times. Got my mom’s place done recently, and the entire process was stress-free. Got the job done very quickly, and also their attention to detail was great; performed complete inspection on the roof, and they did more touch ups while they were up there. Will definitely call them up again for any future roofing needs. Thanks!” As with the vast majority of the users on this platform, this customer awarded the company a full 5-Star rating for their work, praising their professional conduct, punctuality, responsiveness and so on.
The company encourages everyone in their community to make use of their free estimate policy, which customers can use to gain an honest and direct idea of how much a proposed project will cost them. Free estimates are available for all their services, including roof installation, maintenance and repair as well as any associated tasks.
