Skin care experts agree men and women should incorporate professional facial treatments into their self-care routines to ensure they’re removing dirt, oil, and other unwanted debris that can settle into the skin and cause dullness and even skin issues such as itchiness and acne. With the addition of the Hydra Facial menu, Seattle residents can maintain a smooth, healthy and youthful-looking complexion with help from highly trained beauticians.

The Hydra Facial has three different treatment levels clients can choose from based on their goals.

The Extreme Hydra Facial includes a micro-current treatment said to reduce the signs of aging. This is delivered in combination with anti-aging serum for best hydrating results. The procedure includes exfoliating and deep cleaning, as well as LED red light therapy on the face, neck, and decollete. The process takes a little over an hour and a half to complete.

The spa’s Signature Hydra Facial takes a little over an hour, and involves deep cleansing, exfoliation, micro-current and red or blue LED light therapy. This service uses hydrafacial MD equipment and is customized to suit skin type, and client goals.

For clients in a rush, Penelope and the Beauty Bar offers the 50-minute Hydra Facial Express. Known as a condensed hydra facial, the treatment involves deep cleansing and exfoliation, and uses what’s known as vortex technology to pump antioxidants into the skin.

A long-term Penelope and the Beauty Bar client says, “The relaxation lounge is gorgeous, the staff are all wonderful, and the service is just amazing. The Hydra Facial with Stacy left my face looking and feeling so good. I am completely hooked on this spa.”

Penelope and the Beauty Bar offers some of the most advanced skin and body care services available today. With the addition of their Hydra Facial menu, clients can enhance their at-home self-care routines with professional deep cleansing, exfoliating and advanced therapies to keep their skin healthy and resilient.

The Chinese emperor whose death sparked a mystery that remains unsolved 1,000 years on

A human skull was carried into a Czech town in late September as part of the country’s observance of St Wenceslas Day, officially the day of Czech statehood. The public holiday honours Wenceslas, the 10th century ruler later venerated as the patron saint of the Czech lands and the “Good King Wenceslas” of the familiar Christmas carol. Wenceslas (Václav in Czech) was born around 907 and became ruler of Bohemia as a teenager. Raised as a Christian, he promoted Christianity – then relatively new to...

If it is prolonged, however, it can be harmful to your health. People naturally need time for themselves, say, after partying or during stressful periods in their lives.
