Sunshine River city has tapped all new genres of residential apartments with 99 amenities at a go.

Sunshine River City is said to be by far the best project for the residents of Dao Tri Street in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City. This will be Sunshine’s Group second venture after being successful in the North Market. The endeavor boasts of providing a scenic view of the river Saigon incorporating the urban life in mind.
When asked the head of the Sunshine Group, he says, “This project will focus on the well-being of the residents. It is a city that has all the right components from art fountain to the walkway to the lake. Natives can enjoy the Palm forest walkway to relaxing space such as Hydraulic massage lake, Pavilion relaxing by the pool.
There are arrangements for kids to play around underwater, sandpit area, wall climbing adventure, garden maze, sliding bridge area and more. Life at Sunshine River City will be a bed of roses with a coffee table by the pool, BBQ area for the families; an outdoor square fitness area, mini golf area, picnic on the hill etc. can be witnessed here.”
The all-new 99 facilities at the Sunshine River City Quan 7 is going to set waves as this is the only fresh resort space that is stretched over 112,585 square meters.
The 8000 apartments, shop houses, and offices' city promise its dwellers to experience the unique design that is motivated by a soft circle. The miniature city uses a distinctive unit of high-class buildings. The borrowings are from Dubai, Australia, Thailand, and China.
The design is made to perfection by incorporating an artificial sea island of 4000 square meters and perhaps the largest swimming pool in the city of 3800 square meters. The design of the apartments consists of 1 basement area, 2 storeys of shophouses, and then the apartments dwell from, 2nd floor till the 39th floor.
A resident of the Sunshinerivercity, Mr. Duc Van says, “I am looking forward to taking an apartment here too. The project looks appealing and I haven’t seen such a well-planned city that incorporates every little facility".
This elite project is said to have the ‘Gold Position’ because of its easy connectivity to districts such as District 2, District 7 along with three sides of the fresh river and airy angle.
