Superior Plus Pest Control Notice of Merger

Sep 1, 2020

September 01, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Superior Plus Pest Control has been providing pest control to Santee, California for over twenty years. They have provided professional services to thousands of families over the years and have helped control the rising pest infestation problem in the area. Just some of the services they offer include general pests, bed bug treatments, and rodent control. They have a team of fifteen professional exterminators who all have been trained on how to treat every species of pest in the area. They have grown their company a lot since they first opened and the company’s CEO wants to grow it even more.

In a recent interview with the CEO, the company announced that they will be merging with another local pest control company. The company is deciding to remain unnamed for right now. The merger states that the unnamed company will give Superior Plus Pest Control brand new pest control equipment, five new utility vehicles which are ready for pest control, and two new employees. The merger will help the company help more families with their pest control problems and provide even more reliable treatments.

The CEO of Superior Plus Pest Control talked about the merger, saying, “We have been growing this company a lot over the years and we all think this merger will help boost this growth even further. We are excited to get two more professional exterminators to the team along with brand new pest control equipment and utility vans. We will be able to help even more families than before and the new equipment and vans will help us provide the best pest control service in the area.”

The company offers custom built services that are designed specifically for each kind of pest. This means that they don’t have a generalized treatment. The company says this allows them to perform each treatment in the most efficient, reliable, and safe way possible. Their most popular services are termite control, cockroach extermination, and flea removal. They also provide emergency services for wild and distressed animals and routine checkups to make sure the pests stay out.

Home or business owners can contact Superior Plus Pest Control by going to their website at https://pestcontrolsantee.net/ or calling them by phone. Their hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.

A representative of the company recently said, “Pests spread quickly once they invade a property. Most of the time, when people realize a pest infestation it is already too late. The pests have already taken over the entire property. If you see a pest in your property, give us a call so we can keep the pests out of your home or business.”
