Shane Green introduces LXbD, a business that is redefining the instructor-led training model by offering the best learning experiences (LXs) and trainers on-demand and in the format, style, and cost you want and need.
“It is our goal to deliver instructor-led learning experiences, virtually or in-person, to elevate the performance of your people, managers, and organization. We are really excited to be able to offer learning experiences from some of the most well-known and inspiring global thought leaders, normally only available to executives, to your front-line leaders and teams at a price and in a format that works for you,” explains Shane Green, the founder of LXbD.
Learning Experiences by Design provides live learning experiences on a variety of skills, ideas, or topics. Clients will be able to choose from an extensive marketplace of live learning experiences and trainers from around the world. If you cannot find the LX you need, LXbD will utilize its vast network of thought leaders to develop it at no cost to you. LXbD also offers facilitators and trainers, certified by world-renowned speaker and trainer Shane Green, to deliver either an instructor-led LX or your own orientation, leadership development, or other in-house programs.
Shane and his team have a successful history of designing and delivering enterprise-wide instructor-led training around the world across multiple industries. His training academy and certification process are recognized within the training world as best-in-class, providing clients with the confidence and comfort that their LXs are in great hands. Green described, “Our trainers and facilitators are carefully selected from all over the world to offer a diverse yet inspiring team to lead your learning experience.”
LXbD can also design learning strategies for organizations to ensure their training investments are aligned with the goals of the business to deliver the necessary results. “We see so many training programs and events designed and delivered poorly and unable to add real value to the business,” Shane asserted. Yet LXbD emphasizes building a learning culture where employees and managers want to learn and are motivated to elevate their performance.

Since the Shaw Prize was first presented in 2004, the prestigious annual awards have been presented in three categories: astronomy, life science and medicine, and mathematical sciences. A fourth category – computer science – was announced earlier this year in a move that is fully in keeping with the original vision of Run Run Shaw, the late Hong Kong film mogul and legendary philanthropist, who set everything in motion. His intention was to recognise the quest for knowledge and honour...

The appeal of a good knit is often immediate, from the softness against the skin to the reassuring volume and warmth. At 45R, those qualities begin well before a garment takes shape. The Japanese label’s latest selection puts the making process in focus, bringing together airy merino, characterful Shetland wool and the flecked textures of Donegal tweed. Founded in Tokyo in 1977, 45R approaches clothing through monozukuri, or the “art of making”, a philosophy centred on respect for craft and...

Back in April, suit jackets lined with interesting graphics and prints emerged as one of the more unusual fashion trends at the 2026 NFL draft in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the annual event where professional American football teams pick out the best young players looking to enter the league. Colton Hood, then a Tennessee cornerback, now on the New York Giants’ roster, rocked up in a cobalt-blue jacket that, when opened, revealed a swathe of family photographs across the lining, chronicling his...

At 22, Luca Yang was running a small teaching company in New Zealand after quitting a six-figure finance job that he hated. It had humble beginnings, where he tutored English online for A$25 (US$17.55) per hour just to get by. When one of his students got into Oxford, word spread: one student became 50, then 500. By most measures, he had already won the start-up lottery. “It was producing a lot of money, but it wasn’t something I actually loved doing,” says Yang, who was born and raised in...
After Katie Zacharia was sacked as the White House press secretary amid questions about her legal qualifications, another newly appointed Trump official is going viral. Barbera Thornhill is US President Donald Trump’s new Ambassador-at-Large to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons. State Department official Riley Barnes shared the 78-year-old’s portrait on X to celebrate her appointment, but the post gained traction for all the wrong reasons. Social media users tore into Thornhill’s...
