Founder believes that players should be part of the game developer’s vision, and not an afterthought. The product should come next, based on how the developer envision the players interacting with the game.

With the number of NFT projects that have caused diminishing trust among the public, native blockchain gaming developer Apollumia has decided that their community needs to be at the forefront of their company’s vision.
This shift in the company’s direction comes after prevailing news of industry ‘rug pulls’.
In the industry of crypto, a rug pull happens when a development team practically chooses to abandon a project. While this might seem like an inconsequential move, it actually has rather devastating effects. In essence, a rug pull leads to the sale or removal of the project’s liquidity.
Apollumia believes that while focus on tokenomics usually takes center stage, it is time for the industry to make a different shift.
“Because there are genuinely great projects built on the backbone of creativity, transparency, and innovativeness,” says founder Harris Wang. “These are projects that truly want to offer something unique, while also providing a space for engagement, sometimes gaming, and often trading.”
Using not just their extensive industry experience and skills, the team at Apollumia are paying attention to every aspect of their game in order to make it engaging for their community. “It’s not just about the features,” says Harris Wang. “We want you to imagine your favorite role-playing game with a deep lore. We want you to imagine Warhammer or something like the Fallout series. Now we want you to picture the same kind of storytelling in our game.”
Harris is no stranger to in-depth stories and has focused on building a dedicated team for the development of not just the games’ multitude of stories, but the overall visual presentation of the world, characters, environment, and organisms.
The overall intention is to make the game a deeply interactive experience for the players. Apollumia’s goal is not to put its game world as a secondary priority, all the while focusing on its economy. Rather, they world is the primary objective, ensuring that everything about it feels like several moving parts coming together to create a masterful finished product.

Opera Hong Kong’s first fully staged production of Pietro Mascagni’s 1890 Cavalleria Rusticana and Ruggero Leoncavallo’s 1892 Pagliacci does justice to the classic double bill. Since 1893, the two operas have often been performed together for obvious reasons. Both are set in the rural Italian south and both explore themes of jealousy,...
