Tissilli “Tiss” Rogers is no stranger to the curve balls of life; after a hamstring injury threw a wrench in her path to becoming an Olympic track star, Rogers decided to use her knowledge of fitness and nutrition to help others achieve their potential.

Tissilli “Tiss” Rogers is no stranger to the curve balls of life; after a hamstring injury threw a wrench in her path to becoming an Olympic track star, Rogers decided to use her knowledge of fitness and nutrition to help others achieve their potential through her training and transformation program, TissFit. A decade and counting of personal training, entrepreneurship, and corporate wellness has since inspired Rogers to start her own organization, “Lift Your Beauty”, which aids women of all shapes and sizes in building mental and spiritual strength through self-love.
