YouTube’s James McMahon is set to make a big reveal to mark investing his 100 millionth dollar in the crypto market.
James, who has gained internet fame with his ‘Crypto with James’ YouTube channel, is using this landmark event to reveal three cryptocurrencies he predicts will grow to 100 times the price over the next 18 to 24 months.
The Dad-of-one and former maths professor from Manchester, UK, has become a phenomenon in the crypto world with the success of his past crypto coin predictions – which has seen his channel grow to more than 38,000 subscribers over the last two years.
James first received attention when, unlike other crypto YouTube channels, he shared the full 26 coins he was buying in 2020 live on his channel. Viewers could track and verify how the coins performed over time. Those who invested $100 into each coin, saw their investments grow to be worth more than $123,000 in the following 18 months.
The event that generated the most attention was the release of his course ‘The Best Cryptocurrency Investment of 2020’. Those who bought the $20 course learned about a coin called Fantom, which at the time was priced at half a cent. In less than 18 months Fantom rose to $3.46 per coin, making it worth a staggering 692 times more than its original price.
In October 2021, James released his second major coin prediction with his YouTube post ‘100x Coin Found’. The coin was Ponyo Inu, which went on to rise 390 times in price within 14 days. James’ followers are on tenterhooks as they wait to see his next investment move on the crypto market.
James, who was able to retire as a maths professor due to his crypto investing, started to investigate cryptocurrency when it was in its infancy around eight years ago. He set up the YouTube channel to share his thinking and challenge his skills in a public arena.
He said: “I can’t guarantee any of what I do will work, but I show budding investors exactly how I think and they decide whether they would like to invest too. I’m fortunate enough to have had some success, and I’ve since had requests from viewers for me to share not only the exact coins I buy, but also when I sell them so they can mirror my profits.
“A lot of people like the idea of investing in crypto, but they have no idea where to start or what to do. Many of them don’t have the time to research cryptocurrency and prefer to copy someone they trust. I created ‘Copy My Crypto’ with these people in mind. The goal was to help people realise their crypto ambitions, but without the hard graft that goes with finding the investments. My members can simply follow and copy me.
“New followers can verify my credibility and track record for themselves. They can go through my past YouTube videos, see when I bought past coins and how they performed since the video upload date. It’s public record for anyone who is interested,” he added.
